Project Manager (Interior Fit-out)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in F&B and retail interior fit‑out, and a strong grasp of MEP systems and coordination. The role involves full responsibility for delivering interior construction projects from inception to handover while ensuring client satisfaction and timely execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire interior construction process, from mobilization to handover.
• Lead planning and execution of MEP works, ensuring compliance with authority regulations, timelines, and technical standards.
• Act as the main client representative, conducting face‑to‑face meetings, site reviews, and regular communication throughout the project.
• Supervise in‑house operational teams, assess performance, and allocate resources effectively across multiple projects.
• Prepare and present professional project reports, including progress updates, dashboards, and handover documentation.
• Maintain quality control, adhere to project timelines, and ensure site safety standards are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Dubai’s interior fit‑out industry, focusing on F&B outlets and retail projects inside malls.
• Strong, hands‑on experience in MEP systems and managing MEP subcontractors or internal teams.
• Proven ability to independently manage projects from start to finish.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to create detailed, clear, and visually professional project reports.
