Project Manager – Interior Fit‑Out

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager / Operations Manager to lead end‑to‑end interior fit‑out projects across multiple sites in the UAE. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and designers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor project milestones from kickoff to client handover.
• Control budgets, manage subcontractor contracts and optimise profitability.
• Ensure work complies with design drawings, building codes and safety regulations.
• Direct site supervisors, contractors and labour teams to maintain efficient workflows.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and designers, providing progress updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Manager or Operations Manager in interior fit‑out or construction.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex architectural and interior design drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
