Project Manager

About the role

Group AMANA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple industrial construction projects. The role involves overseeing project budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships to deliver turn‑key solutions on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Foster productive relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on site.
• Develop, approve and manage project budgets and quarterly revenue targets.
• Plan, execute and finalize projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule and cost.
• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables and create detailed project plans and schedules.
• Allocate and manage resources, including personnel and equipment.
• Monitor progress, report to stakeholders and manage risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, obtain Taking‑Over Certificates and final statements of account.
• Hand over projects to maintenance, securing zero‑leakage approval and close‑out documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• Proven ability to lead multicultural teams across multiple projects.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach.

Required skills

• PMP certification.
• LEED Green Associate (LEED GA) certification.
• IOSH certification.
