Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering product or service projects to external customers, ensuring revenue, profitability and overall performance meet targets. This role involves establishing best practices across multiple customers and business lines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall project performance and successful delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Organise project kickoff meetings and ensure all requirements are completed according to company procedures.
• Execute projects in line with the project management system, procedures and contractual requirements.
• Implement and manage project controls, including contract, claims, risk and change management.
• Identify and mitigate scope changes through the Management of Change (MOC) process.
• Provide regular updates and forecasts on completion, cash milestones, margins, on‑time delivery and resource needs.
• Act as primary contact for all project administration matters with the customer.
• Foster collaboration between engineering, systems and project packages.
• Document lessons learned and continuous‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 month of relevant experience.
