Project Manager

About the role

We need an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise technology projects including ERP implementations, system integrations, and digital‑transformation initiatives. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery for ERP, CRM, integration, and cloud‑migration projects.
• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and resource plans in collaboration with sponsors.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting with full transparency.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including consultants, developers, architects, and client personnel.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and drive resolution of blockers.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and status reporting to executive stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to delivery methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and quality standards.
• Manage change requests, scope changes, and contract amendments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT or consulting.
• Proven track record delivering ERP, CRM, or integration projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps.
• Excellent risk management, stakeholder communication, and reporting skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience managing distributed and multi‑vendor delivery teams.
