Project Manager – Offshore Island EPC Project

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle of an offshore island EPC project, ensuring safe, on‑time and cost‑effective delivery. Reporting to senior management and the client, the role carries full P&L accountability and requires close coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and lead the project team, develop execution plans, schedules, budgets and risk registers.
• Coordinate with the client Project Manager and internal stakeholders to set up information systems and communication channels.
• Manage technical issues, monitor progress, and report status to senior management and the client.
• Control costs, forecast financial performance, and ensure compliance with HSSE and quality standards.
• Negotiate scope changes, oversee change‑management processes and drive risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil & gas sector, with at least 3 years as a Project Manager on medium to large EPC projects.
• Proven experience on offshore and onshore projects, preferably brownfield switchgear replacements.
• Strong HSSE leadership and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
