Project Manager – Oil & Gas (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Worley is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale oil & gas projects in Abu Dhabi. The role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, schedule and cost targets are met while coordinating the PMC group and EPC/FEED contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Champion the project safety culture and ensure zero‑accident performance.
• Coordinate and monitor EPC/FEED contractor activities, including engineering, procurement and construction.
• Manage contract administration, change control and owner communications.
• Lead risk assessment, mitigation planning and financial reporting.
• Oversee the resourcing of the PMC team to meet contract requirements.
• Ensure project complies with statutory approvals and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and present monthly progress and financial status reports to the Owner.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 + years of oil & gas experience, including 5 + years in GCC.
• At least 5 years in a senior PMC or Project Management role on mega‑scale projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; ADNOC experience preferred.
• Proven experience delivering offshore projects and managing multi‑disciplinary teams.
