Project Manager – Power Solutions

About the role

Avantis Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary power‑solutions projects for marine, energy and industrial clients worldwide. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning activities while ensuring safety, quality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from client consultation to final hand‑over.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, construction, procurement, subcontractors) to meet scope, cost, schedule and safety targets.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, track progress and mitigate risks.
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing regular updates and fostering long‑term relationships.
• Ensure compliance with international standards, health‑and‑safety regulations and industry codes.
• Support commissioning, testing and resolution of technical issues in collaboration with engineering and client teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Proven experience delivering mechanical engineering projects, especially steam‑raising plant and boiler systems.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

• PMP certification (optional but advantageous).
