Project Manager - Product Implementation

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead the delivery of Opus, our Knowledge Work AI platform, for clients in Abu Dhabi. The role is customer‑facing and responsible for end‑to‑end implementation, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle for assigned projects, including scoping, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and regular reporting.
• Establish governance cadence such as stand‑ups, steering committees, and sprint reviews.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to manage dependencies and meet deliverables.
• Track project health through KPIs and milestones, escalating issues early.
• Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for client project teams.
• Conduct client discovery sessions to uncover new strategic product use cases.
• Translate requirements into actionable plans and ensure alignment across functions.
• Manage expectations, budgets, scope changes, and approvals with clarity.
• Support UAT, training, and enablement activities for client stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks and blockers, driving mitigation plans.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation and enforce change‑control processes.
• Ensure delivery quality standards and align with company methodologies.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to streamline delivery workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex technology implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
• Experience with governance processes and risk/issue management.

Required skills

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project planning tools and RAID log management.
• Experience coordinating UAT and delivering training sessions.
