Project Manager Services

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our Services division in Dubai. The role covers the entire project lifecycle, from offer preparation through execution, installation and closure. You will ensure customer satisfaction while delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer requests, translate needs into complete solutions and support the sales team with proposals and presentations.
• Register projects in SAP, set schedules, evaluate technical feasibility and coordinate with all business units to launch parts and monitor delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, monitor quality, cost and timeline, and manage project crises.
• Plan and coordinate installation resources, logistics, HSE&S measures and on‑site support, handling punch‑list items and technical acceptance.
• Arrange logistics of parts and installation teams, including packing, consolidation and shipping to customers.
• Maintain weekly project progress reports and ensure database updates.
• Perform project closing activities including root‑cause analysis, invoice issuance, database updates and customer satisfaction surveys.

Required profile

• Engineering background with at least 3 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification is a plus.
