Project Manager – Smart Cities

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of Smart City, Smart Port, ITS, ICT, OT and Digital Infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning through commissioning and hand‑over, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and control end‑to‑end project delivery, including scheduling, risk management and change control.
• Coordinate with clients, government entities, consultants, contractors and technology vendors.
• Manage project budgets, contracts (including FIDIC), procurement and vendor performance.
• Oversee system integration, testing, commissioning and hand‑over activities.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communication and reporting using project management tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer, ICT, Civil, Marine) or IT.
• 5–8 years of experience delivering Smart Solutions, Smart City, Smart Port, ITS, ICT, OT or Digital Infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience in the UAE with government entities, ports, airports or large infrastructure projects is preferred.

• Project management software: Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, BIM & Project Reporting Tools.
