Project Manager – System Integration (Electrical)

About the role

Emirates Electrical Engineering, a specialised platform of the Al Rostamani Group, is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of electrical system integration projects. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects that involve relay and control panels, low‑voltage switchgear, protection systems and related automation equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of multiple projects from contract award through commissioning and handover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, budgets and execution strategies.
• Monitor progress, implement corrective actions and ensure projects meet time, cost and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with scope, safety, quality and contractual obligations.
• Manage risks, issues and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate engineering activities for relay panels, LV switchgear, protection schemes and system integration.
• Facilitate technical discussions with customers, consultants and utilities.
• Oversee procurement of long‑lead electrical equipment and monitor manufacturing progress.
