Project Manager – Systems Integration

About the role

Emirates Electrical Engineering LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of electrical system integration projects, including relay and control panels, low‑voltage switchgear, protection systems and automation equipment. The role involves overseeing projects from contract award through commissioning and final handover while ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of multiple electrical integration projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans and budgets.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with scope, quality, safety and contractual obligations.
• Manage project risks, issues and change requests.
• Coordinate engineering activities for relay & control panels, LV switchgear, protection schemes and system integration.
• Prepare and hand over technical documentation, single‑line diagrams and protection philosophies to design teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing electrical power or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of relay and control panel systems, LV switchgear, and protection equipment.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with project budgeting, scheduling and risk management.
