Project Manager – Villa Fit‑out (UAE)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead villa fit‑out projects across the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality, luxury villa interiors on time and within budget while ensuring full compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end fit‑out of villas, aligning work with design specifications and client expectations.
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
• Track milestones, schedule activities, and guarantee timely completion of all deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, suppliers, and contractors to maintain smooth project flow.
• Ensure craftsmanship meets the highest quality standards.
• Lead and mentor the project team, clarifying roles and fostering collaboration.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Guarantee compliance with UAE building codes and industry standards.
• Source and procure premium materials and finishes for luxury villas.
• Maintain strong client relationships to achieve satisfaction and repeat business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing villa fit‑out projects in the UAE.
• Proven track record delivering luxury villa fit‑outs from concept to completion.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE construction and fit‑out regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
