Project Specialist

About the role

Meydan Free Zone is seeking a dynamic Project Specialist to support strategic project execution and drive digital transformation initiatives. The role combines data analytics expertise with project coordination to improve operational efficiency and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional projects, managing timelines, deliverables and stakeholder inputs.
• Perform data analysis and statistical modeling to generate insights for strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track project KPIs and business performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, goals and data requirements.
• Assist in creating data‑backed business cases, documentation and presentations for leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements and tech‑enabled solutions, focusing on data and AI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Data Science or a related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, strategy, business intelligence or data analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to handle data, conduct statistical analysis and produce clear reports.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights for non‑technical audiences.
• Proactive, accountable and eager to grow within a structured PMO environment.
