About the role
The Project Team Assistant provides essential administrative and coordination support to project leadership and both site and head‑office teams. This role ensures that project documentation, meetings, and reporting are organised efficiently, helping the project stay on schedule and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain project calendars, schedule meetings, record minutes and track actions.
- Manage document control processes, including transmittals, registers and filing discipline.
- Prepare and update project reporting packs, progress photos, trackers and presentation materials.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, onboarding and general project administration tasks.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for non‑technical logistics and coordination.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree preferred.
- 3–7 years of administrative or project support experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
Required skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
