Projects Account Manager – UAE

About the role

The Projects Account Manager (PAM) is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic, recurring project customers across the UAE. This hybrid role combines account stewardship with commercial ownership, ensuring strong customer relationships while driving new business and deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic recurring project accounts in the UAE.
• Maintain strong relationships to protect and expand existing accounts.
• Take ownership of qualified opportunities handed over from the Hunter Business Development Manager and guide them through the full commercial sales cycle.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals for both new and existing opportunities.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within current customers.
• Coordinate commercial activities, including forecasting, next‑step management, and tracking.
• Record all opportunity handovers and updates in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Attend networking and customer engagement events to enhance market visibility.
• Maintain a minimum of 40 qualified customer meetings per month and support commercial governance processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or commercial sales, preferably in a project‑based environment.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a pipeline, forecast accurately, and meet performance targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.

• Proficiency with CRM systems for opportunity tracking and forecasting.
