About the role

We are seeking motivated Property Consultants to join Oaklyn Real Estate LLC in Dubai. Whether you are an experienced professional or a newcomer eager to start a career in real estate, you will work with qualified leads and receive full support to close property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Close sales with pre‑qualified leads, focusing on converting opportunities rather than cold‑calling.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate terms and finalize property deals in line with company standards.
• Promote listings through real‑estate marketing activities.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, target‑driven individual with strong communication abilities.
• At least 1 year of experience in real‑estate or related sales (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Open to candidates from Europe, Arab regions, and East Asia.
