Property Consultant

About the role

Oia Properties is seeking a Property Consultant to join its Abu Dhabi team. The role involves guiding clients through buying and selling residential properties in the secondary market, delivering high‑quality service and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations to understand client needs, preferences and financial goals.
• Evaluate property values and provide recommendations based on current market conditions.
• Prepare and present property listings that attract buyers and investors.
• Assist buyers in locating suitable properties, arrange showings and lead them through the purchasing process.
• Represent sellers by marketing properties, arranging viewings and negotiating offers.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns and online platforms.
• Manage all transaction stages from contract signing to final closing, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and transaction details.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
• Prior experience in real‑estate sales is beneficial.
• Knowledge of real‑estate laws, market dynamics and property valuation.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage.
