Proposal Planning Coordinator

About the role

The Proposal Planning Coordinator supports Bombardier Aircraft Services by delivering accurate and timely proposals for aftermarket services. Working closely with regional sales managers, product administrators and planners, you will ensure proposals meet customer needs and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit proposals for aircraft maintenance and aftermarket services.
• Collaborate with sales, product, scheduling and planning teams to gather pricing, schedule and downtime information.
• Track and coordinate multiple proposals using Salesforce and Maximo, adapting to changing priorities.
• Apply special programs, incentives and pricing adjustments, coordinating with internal departments and external vendors.
• Review proposals for quality and accuracy before release and ensure they meet the request criteria.
• Report status and maintain data integrity throughout the proposal process.

Required profile

• Diploma, degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in aircraft maintenance, planning, scheduling or sales support.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft service and maintenance programs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
