About the role

We are seeking a passionate Psychology Teacher to join our academic team in Dubai. The role involves delivering IB, A Levels and AP Psychology curricula to both online and face‑to‑face learners, helping them achieve strong academic results.

Key responsibilities

  • Teach Psychology for IB (SL & HL), A Levels / AS Levels, and AP Psychology.
  • Prepare lesson plans, study materials, practice questions and mock exams.
  • Conduct online and offline classes for individual and group students.
  • Monitor student progress and provide personalised academic guidance.
  • Support students in developing analytical, critical‑thinking and exam techniques.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of teaching experience with IB, A Levels or AP Psychology.
  • Strong knowledge of international Psychology curricula and examination formats.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • UAE‑based candidates preferred.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with digital learning tools.
  • Experience using online teaching platforms.
