Public Relations Executive

About the role

Faux Consultancy, a leading PR and events agency in the Middle East, is seeking a Public Relations Executive to join its Fashion PR team in Dubai. The role supports senior staff in delivering strategic communications for fashion and beauty brands, handling both behind‑the‑scenes logistics and public‑facing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise daily with clients, media, influencers and other third parties to execute client strategies as directed by the PR Manager and Account Director.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional press, influencers and VIPs to maximise brand exposure.
• Monitor media coverage across newspapers, magazines, broadcasts, social media and blogs, identifying pitching opportunities.
• Prepare and update client press kits, draft press releases and other media‑relations content.
• Generate positive news coverage, meeting monthly and seasonal KPIs.
• Schedule interviews, features and public appearances for clients.
• Assist with monthly report compilation and distribution.
• Support senior team members with supplier sourcing, negotiation and logistical coordination.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a PR agency, preferably within fashion or beauty.
• Proactive, professional disposition with strong personal responsibility.
• Excellent communication and client‑liaison skills.
• Ability to work independently and support senior colleagues.
