Public Relations Manager, MENA

About the role

Xsolla is looking for a seasoned Public Relations Manager to lead PR and media relations across the MENA region. The role will be based in our Cyprus office or performed remotely, reporting directly to the Vice President of Global Public Relations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Tier‑1 and local media outlets in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Egypt and the wider MENA region.
• Develop and execute strategic media‑relations plans to secure high‑profile placements in English‑ and Arabic‑language print, broadcast and online outlets.
• Coordinate PR activities, including event logistics and speaking opportunities at regional games, fintech and web3 events.
• Collaborate with the integrated marketing manager to produce culturally‑sensitive content for traditional and new media platforms.
• Manage media inquiries, interview requests and create press releases, bylined articles and presentation scripts.
• Identify partnership, sponsorship and advertising opportunities within the gaming and entertainment ecosystem.
• Engage thought leaders, government innovation bodies and ecosystem stakeholders to boost industry awareness.

Required profile

• BA/MA in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of proven experience designing and executing PR campaigns at domestic and international levels, with substantial MENA market exposure.
• Strong writing ability, understanding of games technology, fintech and online forums, and a proactive, trustworthy attitude.
