Public Relations Officer – UAE (UAEN)

About the role

The Public Relations Officer will support adidas Emerging Markets LLC in Dubai by managing all labour and immigration formalities for employees across full‑time, temporary and part‑time contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate visa and immigration processes, including new applications, renewals, cancellations, transfers, medical fitness tests and passport expiries.
• Process labour contracts, medical tests, Emirates ID applications and other government‑related transactions through authorised systems and service centres.
• Prepare and monitor expense reports to ensure funds are available for visa and immigration applications.
• Coordinate with governmental bodies such as GPSSA, GDRFA and MOHRE on Emiratization and other regulatory matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records on labour systems, ensuring compliance with quotas and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with PRO service providers, tracking daily progress of applications and resolving outstanding issues.
• Monitor updates from authorities on changes to labour, immigration and visa regulations and inform the HR Services Department.
• Maintain and communicate upcoming renewals for contracts, visas, passports and Emirates IDs to employees and stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding visa, labour and immigration formalities.
• Provide general PRO support to internal departments and process police permissions and No Objection certificates.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience handling UAE labour and immigration processes.
• Strong coordination skills with governmental bodies and PRO service providers.
