Purchase Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Purchase Executive to join the procurement team of Madar Emirates for Building Materials LLC in Dubai. The role focuses on sourcing, negotiating and securing the timely delivery of steel and building material supplies to support ongoing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and purchase materials from approved suppliers at competitive prices.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to meet project and operational needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to guarantee product availability.
• Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate purchasing activities with internal departments.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure compliance with company procurement procedures.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities while preserving quality and service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the building materials, steel or construction sector.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong supplier management and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple purchasing activities efficiently.
• Currently residing in the UAE.
