Purchase & Logistics Executive

About the role

The Purchase & Logistics Executive will be based in Dubai and will oversee the end‑to‑end procurement and logistics processes for automotive spare parts. The role combines purchasing, supplier negotiation and order management with coordination of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Source genuine and aftermarket auto parts, obtain quotations, negotiate prices and prepare purchase orders.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, arrange shipments, track orders and ensure timely delivery to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and collaborate with suppliers and warehouse teams.
• Resolve delivery or quality issues promptly.
• Support sales and customer service teams by providing order status updates and optimizing stock levels.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of supply‑chain processes.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in logistics and supply‑chain management, including shipping coordination, inventory control and order tracking.
• Basic to intermediate sales skills for quotation preparation and pricing discussions.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking and proficiency with ERP or inventory‑management software.
• Good numerical and data‑entry abilities, able to work accurately under time constraints.
• Relevant experience in automotive parts trading, import/export or a similar industry is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai and collaborate in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
