Purchasing Manager

About the role

Bamboo Card, a Dubai‑based B2B distributor of digital prepaid products, is looking for a Purchasing Manager to lead its gaming supplier catalogue. You will sit at the negotiation table with gaming partners, drive margin‑focused deals and turn purchasing data into actionable business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and close contracts with new gaming suppliers, adding relevant brands to the catalogue.
• Renegotiate terms with existing suppliers as volumes increase, continuously improving pricing and service levels.
• Define and enforce order cadence, invoice tracking and delivery follow‑up processes across the team.
• Act as escalation point for margin shifts, stalled negotiations or supplier issues, involving senior leadership when needed.
• Maintain accurate price sheets, monitor margin performance and flag deviations to Operations and Finance.
• Transform monthly sales and supplier data into reports that guide sourcing, renegotiation and stock risk assessments.
• Coach and develop junior purchasing team members on processes, negotiation tactics and supplier judgment.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement or vendor management, with a proven track record of leading negotiations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the gaming industry, preferably with background in digital gifting, e‑commerce or digital distribution.
• Strong analytical ability to read margin and sales data and translate insights into negotiation strategies.
• Fluent English communication skills and confidence to negotiate high‑stakes contracts.
