About the role
Join Sofitel Dubai Downtown, a 5‑star luxury hotel in the heart of Downtown Dubai, offering French elegance and contemporary sophistication. As a Purchasing Supervisor you will support procurement activities to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Obtain quotations, conduct market surveys, and ensure competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and follow up on undelivered items.
- Assist the Purchasing Manager with negotiations, vendor registration, purchase orders, and cost‑control initiatives.
- Maintain updated supplier catalogs, inventory records, and procurement documentation.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Procurement.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English.
