QA QC Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned QA/QC Engineer to ensure that all construction activities meet project specifications, quality standards, approved procedures and contractual requirements. The role involves close collaboration with contractors, consultants and the project team to maintain high‑quality delivery on infrastructure, road and utility projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review and monitor implementation of the contractor’s QA/QC plan.
• Witness inspections and testing activities on site.
• Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements and material submittals.
• Monitor compliance with approved specifications and standards.
• Identify non‑conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Participate in quality audits and site inspections.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain project records.
• Support project handover and close‑out documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in supervision or construction projects.
• Proven experience on infrastructure, road and utility projects.
• Strong knowledge of international quality management standards.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred; professional quality certifications are a plus.
