QA / QC Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control activities for our Abu Dhabi projects. The role will oversee contractor compliance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure that all construction work meets the highest standards of safety and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Report on overall quality performance and present findings at construction meetings.
• Review contractor quality and testing submissions for contract compliance.
• Conduct surveillance of contractor construction activities to verify adherence to approved methods and materials.
• Provide internal training on quality procedures where appropriate.
• Issue guidance and information to the quality department and engineering staff to manage key issues.
• Assist senior construction staff in monitoring and closing non-conformances.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with at least the last 8 years in a quality-related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Proven ability to lead quality initiatives on large-scale construction projects.
