QA/QC Engineer (Civil, Electrical & MEP)

About the role

We are looking for experienced QA/QC Engineers with a focus on Civil, Electrical, or MEP disciplines to support quality assurance and control on major construction projects throughout the UAE. The role involves ensuring that all works meet the required quality standards and that documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections and testing activities on site.
• Review material approvals and inspection requests.
• Monitor and update Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with project‑specific quality standards and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including direct site exposure.
• Proven experience with QA/QC inspections and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of ITPs and quality control procedures.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
