QA/QC Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a QA/QC Engineer with strong experience in application and digital project testing. The role focuses on ensuring quality, reliability, and performance of digital solutions, including AI‑enabled workflows and system integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute QA/QC activities across application and digital projects.
• Develop and maintain test plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Validate APIs, system integrations, data flows, and automated workflows.
• Test AI‑enabled features, validate AI outputs against business requirements.
• Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to investigate and resolve issues.
• Support UAT activities and coordinate with business users for requirement validation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of QA/QC or software testing experience on application and digital projects.
• Strong experience in functional, integration, regression, system and UAT testing.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect management and QA methodologies.
• Experience testing APIs, integrations, workflows and digital platforms.
• Exposure to AI, automation or intelligent technology projects.
