QA/QC Manager

About the role

KBR is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join its Abu Dhabi team and later support an international project for a major ADNOC PMC contract. The role focuses on establishing and maintaining robust quality systems throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain project quality management systems aligned with ADNOC specifications and international standards.
• Lead inspections, audits and non‑conformance reporting to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, construction and procurement teams to integrate quality requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to QA/QC personnel on site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 20 years of experience in FEED/EPC execution within the Oil & Gas sector.
• At least 5 years of experience working in the GCC region.
• 5+ years in a similar senior QA/QC role on international, multi‑billion‑dollar Oil & Gas EPC projects.
