QA/QC Manager

About the role

Land Sterling is looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance activities on a prestigious villa development. You will ensure that all works meet contractual, regulatory and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the review and approval of QA/QC documentation, including WIRs, MIRs and material submittals.
• Conduct site inspections on critical activities such as ceiling closures, waterproofing, balcony slopes, aluminium works and finishings.
• Manage the full snagging and de‑snagging programme for 1,230 villas, tracking defects and ensuring timely rectification.
• Oversee NCR handling, root‑cause investigations and verification of corrective actions.
• Coordinate audits, training sessions and liaison with consultants, contractors and FM stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing QA/QC on large‑scale residential construction projects.
• Strong coordination abilities with consultants, contractors and handover teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify deficiencies before they become major issues.
• Solid understanding of contractual requirements, specifications, method statements and ITPs.

Required skills

• Quality Management System implementation and maintenance.
• Inspection and testing procedures for construction finishes.
• Non‑Conformance Report (NCR) management and root‑cause analysis.
• Documentation review and control of material submittals.
