QHSE Advisor

About the role

EnerMech is seeking a QHSE Advisor to lead quality initiatives across its projects in Abu Dhabi. You will act as the primary point of contact for quality matters, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality leadership and support the implementation of the EnerMech Quality Management System.
• Develop and execute the annual Quality Audit programme and follow up on corrective actions.
• Review pre‑qualification and tender documents with a focus on quality requirements.
• Support project teams, engineering, and business development on quality issues.
• Maintain quality records, reports, and ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and ASME standards.
• Coordinate internal, subcontractor and third‑party audits and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management within the energy, construction or industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ASME and other accredited standards.
• Ability to influence and improve quality behaviours across the workforce.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
