QHSSE & Sustainability Manager

About the role

Ali & Sons Holding LLC is seeking an experienced QHSSE & Sustainability Manager to lead the development and execution of group‑wide QHSE, sustainability, ESG and operational excellence programmes across its diversified portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve QHSE, sustainability, ESG and operational excellence frameworks.
• Develop policies, procedures, training, document control, monitoring and audit programmes.
• Lead internal QHSE and ESG audits for all group companies.
• Represent the company with auditors, government bodies and NGOs on QHSE and ESG matters.
• Identify risks and opportunities, drive corrective actions and incident investigations.
• Build engagement and accountability to strengthen the QHSE Management System.
• Design and deliver training programmes supporting sustainable performance.
• Assess and develop the capability of the QHSE team.
• Maintain and improve the Group’s Balanced Scorecard performance management system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in QHSE, HSE, Quality, Sustainability or Operational Excellence.
• NEBOSH and/or IOSH certification.
• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
