Quality Analyst – Data & AI Validation

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Analyst to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data pipelines, AI/ML models, and related applications within our Defense & Aerospace projects. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to validate outputs and maintain high data quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Validate data pipelines, data quality, and reconciliation across source systems, backend services, and AI outputs.
• Perform frontend, backend, API, and end‑to‑end testing of AI applications.
• Assess AI/ML and LLM outputs for accuracy, relevance, and consistency, including detection of hallucinations.
• Create and execute test cases, test plans, validation scenarios, and regression tests.
• Document defects, track issues, and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
• Monitor production data quality and system outputs, recommending improvements.
• Collaborate with AI, backend, frontend, and product teams on quality and validation activities.
• Report quality metrics, defects, and validation outcomes to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in quality assurance or testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with AI/ML or data‑intensive applications is a plus.
