Quality Assurance Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to ensure that all processed garments meet our quality standards before dispatch. The role involves final inspections, reconciliation with the Order Management System, and collaboration with partner facilities to resolve any quality issues.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct final quality inspections of processed garments to verify compliance with established standards.
• Cross‑check garments against Order Management System records for item‑level reconciliation.
• Work with partner facility supervisors to coordinate rework, resolve quality concerns, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify recurring quality issues, analyse root causes and recommend process improvements.
• Approve completed orders for dispatch after confirming all quality and reconciliation requirements.
• Investigate damaged, defective or missing items and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain daily quality assurance reports, tracking performance metrics and highlighting trends.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in quality control or garment/laundry operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Experience working with third‑party vendors or external partners is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage escalations effectively in a fast‑paced operational environment.
