Quality Control Engineer – Civil (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Control Engineer – Civil to join our team in Dubai. The role involves ensuring that civil works meet approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards while supporting project handover documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of civil works and verify compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Monitor site activities, identify quality issues, and record non‑conformities.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, and quality records.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other project teams.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet project requirements.
• Assist in closing NCRs and implementing corrective actions.
• Support testing, inspections, and project handover documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in Quality Control / QAQC within construction or contracting projects.
• Good knowledge of civil construction works, inspection procedures, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.
• UAE experience is preferred.
