Quality Control Manager

About the role

Worley is seeking a seasoned Quality Control Manager to lead QA/QC activities for ADNOC Growth Projects in Abu Dhabi. The role oversees the quality assurance and control processes, ensuring full compliance with contractual, ADNOC, and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, approve, and enforce the project‑specific Quality Management System, manuals and procedures.
• Maintain and update quality objectives, KPIs and contractual requirements for all service providers.
• Lead the compliance and risk registers, implementing changes through the Project MOC procedure.
• Create and monitor quality plans, reports and lessons‑learned to support smooth project execution.
• Participate in vendor and field inspection strategies, including selection of third‑party inspection agencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing QA/QC processes and teams on large‑scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC quality policies, international standards and owners’ directives.
• Ability to coordinate with process licensors, FEED and EPC contractors, consultants and suppliers.
