Quantitative Analyst / Trader – Crypto HFT & Market Making

About the role

Join a fast‑growing crypto prop trading firm in Dubai as a Quantitative Analyst/Trader. You will own live crypto algorithms, make real‑time decisions that directly affect the P&L, and work in a flat, high‑impact environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, run and optimise live algo strategies for crypto spot and derivatives, including market making and high‑frequency trading.
• Monitor real‑time P&L, position risk and execution quality, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate closely with quant researchers and C++ engineers to turn ideas into production‑ready code.
• Build risk dashboards, alerts and exposure limits to safeguard trading activity.
• Conduct post‑trade reviews, incident post‑mortems and expand into new asset classes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience running systematic strategies at a tier‑1 prop firm, hedge fund or market maker.
• Hands‑on HFT or ultra‑low‑latency trading experience with deep knowledge of market microstructure.
• Direct P&L responsibility on live strategies.
• Strong quantitative background and ability to analyse large data sets.
• Experience with crypto markets and derivatives is strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Python for analysis, scripting and prototyping.
• C++ familiarity for trading‑system development (bonus).
