Quantitative Analyst/Trader – Crypto HFT

About the role

Join a fast‑growing crypto prop trading firm in Dubai as a Quantitative Analyst/Trader. You will own live crypto algo strategies, making real‑time decisions that directly impact the firm’s P&L.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, run and optimise live market‑making and high‑frequency trading algorithms on crypto spot and derivatives.
• Monitor real‑time P&L, position risk and execution quality, and make immediate adjustments.
• Collaborate tightly with quant researchers and C++ engineers to turn ideas into production‑ready systems.
• Build and maintain risk dashboards, alerts and exposure limits.
• Conduct post‑trade reviews, incident post‑mortems and expand to new pairs or asset classes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience running algo/systematic strategies at a tier‑1 prop firm, hedge fund or market maker.
• Hands‑on HFT or ultra‑low‑latency trading experience with deep knowledge of market microstructure.
• Direct P&L responsibility on live strategies.
• Strong quantitative abilities and comfort analysing large data sets.
• Experience in crypto markets and derivatives is strongly preferred.
