Quantitative Researcher – Global Investment Fund

About the role

We are partnering with a global investment fund based in Abu Dhabi to strengthen its Quantitative Research team. The role focuses on developing advanced quantitative tools, supporting data‑driven strategies and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to bring research into production.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end quantitative applications and tools.
• Monitor and fulfil the strategy team’s data requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate models into production environments.
• Conduct data analysis, hypothesis testing and exploratory research.
• Develop and refine risk models and performance attribution frameworks.
• Prepare research reports, model specifications and presentation decks.
• Support AI‑driven initiatives within the team.

Required profile

• Professional experience in object‑oriented programming and software development.
• Proficiency with SQL and relational database systems.
• Experience building BI dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Exposure to AI or machine‑learning techniques is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or PhD is a plus.
