About the role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Dubai consultancy team. The role focuses on cost planning, estimation, and comprehensive quantity surveying activities for a range of consultancy projects.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cost plans for assigned projects.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets.
- Conduct quantity surveying tasks, including measurement and valuation.
- Manage project cost control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.
Required profile
- 8–10 years of professional experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Strong background in consultancy projects.
- Proven expertise in cost planning and estimation.
- In‑depth knowledge of quantity surveying activities.
- Good understanding of project cost management.
- UAE‑based candidates preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
