Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our interior fit‑out team in Dubai. The role focuses on pre‑ and post‑contract commercial management, ensuring accurate cost control throughout project lifecycles.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and initial cost estimates from design drawings.
• Review tender documents, evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, and produce commercial comparisons.
• Track project expenditures, process variation orders and maintain overall budget control.
• Prepare interim payment certificates, manage monthly billing applications and final account settlements.
• Support contract administration and maintain clear communication with site engineers, project managers and clients.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Hands‑on experience in interior fit‑out or construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of contract documentation, variation claims and cost estimation methods.
• Excellent commercial negotiation, financial analysis and deadline management abilities.
