About the role

ME FITOUT is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on managing project costs, preparing estimates, and supporting successful delivery of fit‑out, interior, and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity take‑offs, and cost estimates.
• Monitor and manage project costs throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Review contracts, variations, and financial documentation.
• Support contract administration and final account preparation.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and suppliers on cost‑related matters.
• Provide accurate cost analysis and reporting to aid decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in fit‑out, interior, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and quantity take‑offs.
• Experience with contract administration, variations, and final accounts.
• UAE project experience is preferred.
