About the role
ExecuJet Middle East is seeking an experienced Ramp Agent for its Fixed Base Operation in Dubai. The role involves supporting aircraft movements on the ground, handling luggage and freight, and ensuring safe, timely service for passengers and crew.
Key responsibilities
- Perform aircraft towing, push‑backs and other ramp services as directed.
- Load, unload and transport passenger and crew luggage and freight.
- Report accidents, incidents and equipment serviceability.
- Check and prepare ground equipment at the start of each shift.
- Coordinate with senior staff to meet flight requirements and ensure on‑time aircraft positioning.
- Maintain hygiene standards during sanitary removal and service tasks.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of ramp or ground‑handling experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work under time pressure.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
