Real Estate Agent – Dubai

About the role

Expert Properties is expanding its sales team in Dubai and is seeking motivated Real Estate Agents to join a fast‑growing brokerage. You will work from our Business Bay office, focusing on generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of property buyers and sellers.
• Conduct property viewings, market analyses, and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate client records and transaction documentation.
• Collaborate with back‑office and marketing teams to ensure smooth deal flow.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Confidence, ambition and a willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in Dubai real‑estate sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Customer‑facing or sales experience is valued.
