Real Estate Agent – Dubai

About the role

AVIVA Real Estate is seeking a dynamic Real Estate Agent to join its multicultural team in Dubai. You will work with both resident and international clients, guiding them through buying, selling, and investing in UAE property while delivering a high‑standard service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in purchasing, selling, and investing in residential, commercial and luxury properties.
• Provide expert advice on market trends, investment opportunities and Golden Visa eligibility.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms and manage end‑to‑end transaction processes.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies targeting European‑speaking audiences.
• Collaborate with developers, legal teams and internal departments to secure listings and optimise client experience.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and at least one European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Russian).
• Minimum two years of experience in UAE real‑estate sales or consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s neighborhoods, property laws and investment procedures.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
