About the role

Voyage UAE is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join its Abu Dhabi team. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on the complete sales and leasing cycle for luxury short‑term rentals and other properties.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads, generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and advise clients on market conditions, pricing and investment potential.
• Negotiate offers, prepare contracts and manage the closing process.
• Maintain an active pipeline of sales and leasing opportunities using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate property marketing and smooth client communication.
• Support the luxury short‑term rental portfolio when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 month of relevant experience in real‑estate sales or leasing.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and investors.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s property market, regulations and emerging trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for lead and pipeline management.
